Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Old Firehouse Gym website and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change membership fees with reasonable notice. All membership changes must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Facility Use & Safety
Members are responsible for their own safety while using gym equipment and facilities. Use equipment as intended and follow all posted safety guidelines. Old Firehouse Gym is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
Personal Training
Personal training services are provided by independent trainers. All training fees, scheduling, and cancellations are arranged directly between the member and the trainer. Old Firehouse Gym facilitates the space but is not responsible for training content or outcomes.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to respect others, keep the facility clean, re-rack weights, and follow gym etiquette. Harassment, discrimination, or dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Liability Waiver
By using Old Firehouse Gym facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks and release Old Firehouse Gym, its owners, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facility.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the facility ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
