My name is Martin Morales! A little about me: I lost over 200 lbs! My specialty is weight loss. During my own weight loss, I used bodybuilding methods and functional style training to help me improve my life in everyday scenarios.

During this time, I experienced everything you are probably experiencing now. The doubt, the grief of your past self, and feeling like you've let yourself go. I wanted redemption for the person that I was before and the person I wanted to become. July 18, 2020 was the day that I started to change my life. I remember the day it just hit me — and that's what happens. You don't plan it.
